What are the main features of your corporate training?
That depends on the client if they need, we do TNA (Training need analysis) before the training to see what is the actual need of a company, after interviewing each and every staff, after that second step will be designing of the course material as per the need and requirement of the client. After the training we do assessment survey 3 months after the training to see that how is the effect on the workability of each and every participants and we will make report on it and also give them guidance that how to utilize the things which the learned.
What other corporate services do you offer?

Are your corporate trainers in-house or freelance?
We have both categories of the trainers, from all around the world.
What qualifications do your trainers have?
All of our trainers are highly qualified, globally certified trainers and topic experts.
Can I choose where and when to have corporate training?
Yes, we offer all sorts of trainings and events, specially in the GCC region.
Can I choose the content of the course?
Yes, we also do and our trainers makes the contents as per the choice of the client.
How do you design a course?
We do have topic experts to design our courses and also the Certification bodies are supplying us the updated contents of each and every of our course.
What level of English should employees have to take part in training?
In our normal and HSE trainings we use very simple English to give more chance to the participants to understand the contents.
How will I know the training is making a difference?
We do the assessment of all the participants before and after the training to see what they have gain in the trainings.
Is it just business English you offer?
Yes, but only for the group of 6 or more participants.
Will my staff receive a certification at the end of the course
Off course, we are having two type of certificates, 1. The attendance certificates from our organization and 2. From the accreditation bodies, that’s all depends on the client that what he prefers.
Can we verify the certificates issued by you?
Yes, you can verify our certificates by sending them on our email. Also, you can verify them from the websites of the accreditation body, if it is issued by the accreditation body.
What is included in the fee?
We always offer the course material, certificates, PVC wallet cards (FOR HSE TRAININGS). And in some certification courses we give money back guarantee with some conditions.
Can I book online?
You can book online, that depends on the course.
Is there a minimum number of people for corporate training?
Yes, We can conduct a corporate trainings on at least 6 participants, it also depends on the trainings.
Can I make changes to my booking if plans change?
Then only acceptable in the corporate and our own trainings. In the Certification courses we cannot change the schedule once it is booked that means you must have to participate, but we give one facility that you can change the participants.
What is your cancellation policy ?
That’s also depends on the course we can change the schedule or cancel it 15days before the event, or that also depends if we booked a trainer then the client has to pay the trainer’s fee.
What is your refund policy?
If there is any refund we will pay after a week of the training.
Can I see a list of your clients?
That is secret but you guys can see the pictures in our website, that when and where we conducted the trainings.
Can I register your company on our supplier portal?
Yes, we will provide all the documents if you company is having the vendor system.
What are your payment terms? Can I pay after the training has started?
For the corporate clients we need the P.O or the bank guarantee in our favor, for the individuals we need at least 50% before the training and remaining 50% in the middle of training. Or some times before the certifications. But for the Global Certifications we need 100% payment in advance as we have to book the course.
Can I pay for training in any currency?
Yes, you can pay in any currency, like USDs, Saudi Riyals, Kuwaiti Dinars and Pakistani Rupees, (that also depends on the courses from where we will do the booking.
