2035 Skills® for Occupational Training and Consultancy Services Ltd. established in 2008 as a training and consultancy academy, it is not only register as head branch in Istanbul-Turkey but working as a main professional muscle behind international industrial estates and mega business units in Turkey, Pakistan, Middle East, Egypt and UK. Our history extends over several years, and our goal is always to develop people, it combines the originality and the long experience in addition to its commitment to use the modern techniques and the best training methods. The social dimension was not absent from the philosophy and policy of the Academy therefore we interested in secure an open scientific and cultural center for our client.

He is in the Training industry since 25+ years. Conducted 10000+ events, delivered 1000+ trainings in past ten years on HSE and Soft Skill topics. Associated with Globally renowned organizations in the past also having managed yearly training project of many big companies of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, U.A.E and Oman of Soft Skills, HSE, Certifications Courses of HR, Finance, Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Communication, Quality Management Services, ISO Certifications, Six Sigma, Scrum and many others.
OUR LEARNING METHOD
"It is impossible for a man to learn what he thinks he already knows."
For long or short term, our organized programs will be applied meticulously to ensure there is an effective change and difference taking place with the learners. Our adopted approach via online training and virtual approach, that is based on active learning will take the learner in both directions, from practical to theoretical frames, resorting to both inductive and deductive approaches as key tools for the acquisition of knowledge and so many other skills .
Our learning environment adopts many activities and tasks like practical cases, role plays, debates, discussions, and exercises. Thus learners can develop different perspectives and ways to approach an issue in question and comprehend its overall dimensions and implications. Also, short training workshops and study days are held for few hours and might extend to few days, these seminars are planned to adapt to learners challenges. They are conducted in various ways, in-house or public, standard or tailored in the academy or in our client facilities. Standard based programs are more focused on the market needs as studied by the training organizer. The said programs can be conducted either in house or in a public sphere. In the case of in-house delivery of the service the training session and the professional trainer in charge will still be based on appropriating the programs rhythm and developments to the targeted group of learners.
TRAINING METHOD
We provide four types of training methods.
Instructor-led
Traditional type of training that occurs in a classroom, with a teacher presenting the material. This can be a highly effective method of employee training, especially for complex topics. Instructors can answer specific student’s questions or direct them to further resources. They also allow for highly skilled instructors to match the training level and style to the employees in the room.
Virtual Reality
Simulation training is most often provided through a computer, augmented, or virtual reality device. simulation training can be a necessary option for employees in riskier or high-stakes fields. This type of employee training is also highly-effective and reliable, allowing employees to progress consistently and at their own pace.
E-Learning
It’s one of the easiest types of employee training to roll out to larger populations, especially for employees who are remote or have high-turnover rates. With interactive games, tests, videos, activities, it can also go a long way towards keeping your employees engaged with the training. Of course, eLearning also has its own challenges. Without a solid instructional design strategy behind it, the graphics and visuals that make eLearning fun can also make it gimmicky. Keeping it up-to-date is also a necessary best practice for us.
Hands-on
Hands-on training includes any experiential training that’s focused on the individual needs of the employee. It’s conducted directly on the job. Hands-on training can help employees fit perfectly into their upcoming or current role, while enhancing their current skills.
